Drive-Thru Maintenance

Midwest Systems & Services primary focus is, and will always be, our customers. We have dedicated ourselves to understanding the needs and special requirements of the Quick Service Industry. We've been successfully installing and maintaining drive thru equipment for more than 25 years.

How the Maintenance Agreement Works

  • Location calls Midwest Systems & Services, Inc. for technical support to troubleshoot at
    1-800-999-5575 or 1-812-479-5575. Hours 7:00AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.
  • Tech will attempt to diagnose and fix the problem via phone. If a Tech is unavailable, a callback will be made within 60 minutes.
  • If problem cannot be fixed, Tech will ship replacement equipment (if it is covered by store's PLAN) as it applies for delivery.
  • If the store is not qualified for advance replacement the store personnel will package and ship the equipment to the designated Midwest Systems & Services repair facility.
  • If on-site support is required, a technician will be dispatched.
